What can you do with the bonus?

Even if you lose bonus funds on a trade, there is no need to return them.
How can I withdraw the bonus?
Bonus funds have only one limitation — they cannot be withdrawn at once. But don’t be frightened, as you trade and pay commission you will be able to do it. As soon as the amount of commission paid approaches the bonus amount, the lock will be disabled.
Why can’t I withdraw the full amount?
Most likely, a Welcome bonus was credited to your account. Welcome bonus is credited for familiarization with the platform (for trading) and through it you can earn much more money.
If the withdrawal is unavailable, it means that you have not yet traded enough to pay the bonus amount, or you have not yet earned profit. Why can’t I withdraw my earned profit?
Make sure that the amount of your free funds (not frozen in a position or order) exceeds the amount of the bonus you received.
For example, if you received a bonus of 20 USD, but earned 2 USD and open a position for 20 USD, you will not be able to withdraw 2 USD. It is necessary that at the moment of withdrawal bonus funds are in the available balance and then the system will be able to distinguish the bonus funds from yours.
Can I make a deposit in addition to the bonus?
Yes, in this case, your money is not mixed with the bonus and you can withdraw it whenever you want. Moreover, in case of loss of funds, the user will first lose the bonus funds, and only then his own.
For example, you received a $10 bonus and made a $100 deposit. At any moment you can withdraw your $100, but $10 will remain blocked, as it is bonus funds. If the user loses $5, he will still be able to withdraw his $100, and the $5 bonus will remain in the account.
What should I do if my bonus has disappeared?
Movo reserves the right to write off bonus funds if they remain idle for a long time (the user does not make any financial transactions). In this case, the user’s personal funds will not be deducted in case of inactivity.
